The Four B’s of the Momﯧnt
Natalie Feanny
While thinking on current jewelry trends, coincidentally the ones I noced started with a B :)
While the trends of recent years are sll going strong such as opaque gemstones, casual emeralds,
and tennis necklaces galore, I would like to highlight some fresh trends that I have been spong.
Bugs
Beetles, Bees and Buerflies! My analyc nature says maybe these
are trending because their body shapes easily accommodate a
variety of gemstones. But I would bet it’s more likely that
jewelry connoisseurs are leaning towards more intricate
designs inspired by nature. Aer stacking all the diamond line
bracelets and necklaces over the past few years, it’s me for
something a bit more arul.

Bypass
A bypass ring, also called a crossover ring, is a ring where
the band coils around the finger and the ends do not meet
Shy Creaon
to form a closed circle. The ends of the coiled band then
pass each other on the top. While bypass engagement rings
have been around since the Victorian era, usually cradling an
anque diamond or two in the center, they have become
increasingly popular as fashion rings. This trend has also
crossed over to bangles which makes an interesng addion
to any bracelet stack.
